$484.20 Worth of Groceries for $231.30! - Caselot Shopping March 2018

Case-lot is just wrapping up here in Utah. Did you take advantage of the deals?  We've been planning our meals based on using up our food storage and not buying as much. Ben is applying to grad schools and if he gets accepted it will mean a cross country move for us. I don't want to move our large food storage with us so it's prudent to eat it up. Extra prudent as we're trying to pay off our non-mortgage debt.  See how we did in February with our monthly spending report! We're still waiting to hear from one school so we may be moving and wanting to eat up food storage, or we may be staying and will want to stock our food storage for the lowest prices. This trip I focused on stocking up on the things we'll use in the next 6 months, when case-lot sales will roll around again. I got all this from three different stores; Smith's, Kent's, and Lee's. The retail price for everything? $484.20.  I got all this for  $231.30!!! ...

February Spending Report

Each month we're going to track and categorize our spending so you can see what we spend, how we try to save money in the various categories, and how we are able to meet our goals both financially or otherwise by creating a budget and sticking to it. Knowing that we're going to be sharing this you has been helpful in keeping us accountable, which means we're reaching financial goals even faster than we thought!
